As a multidisciplinary artist, Maurice focuses on sound, memory, and place, creating what he calls “living or aural artchives.” His past projects, such as Oyoun's Home ReMixtape Artchive in Berlin and FTR, Bogart’s Ghost in Richmond, Virginia, in collaboration with Margaux LeSourd Erler, have involved working with communities through sound, composition, sampling, interviews, installations, and spatial storytelling to help preserve and reimagine collective memory.
